A few frequently asked questions.

Do you do residential remodelling?

Absolutely! In fact we love doing residential remodeling.  Let us help you make your home up to date and beautiful.

Do you build custom homes?

Yes.  We do build custom homes and would love to build your new home.

What type of countertops would you recommend?

The type of counter we would recommend would really depend on the design of your home.  There are many wonderful materials that are used today for instance: concrete, corian, quartz, tile, granite, wood.  But again, it depends on the look that you are going for.

What is your service area?

We serve mainly the Buffalo and surrounding areas.

Do you offer financing?

No. We do not offer financing.

Do you use sub-contractors?

When the job calls for sub contractors, then we use them.  For instance, when a job requires a licensed specialist in a certain trade, then we will hire a sub-contractor for that trade.

How much will it cost to remodel our kitchen and/or Bath?

Kitchens are like most anything else that you purchase: the costs are entirely dependent on the price of the materials chosen and the complexity of the job. An industry rule of thumb is to consider 10-20% of the house’s market value when estimating a kitchen remodel. It is good to keep in mind that a remodeled kitchen and/or bath is an investment that will increase the value of your home.

How long will it take to remodel our kitchen?

A small job will take less time to complete; larger or more complex jobs take more time. There are three phases to the complete project. Phase One is The Design Phase. Whereas, we do not ‘design’ per se, we are willing to help you with this in any way that we can. But, remember, it is up to you to decide what finishes you want and where you want things because in the end, it is you who will be living with it. In some cases, clients will take from several weeks to several months to make final decisions on the style and the finish of their cabinetry. In addition to the cabinet choices, decisions on countertops, appliances, back splashes, and flooring also need to be made. Once those decisions have been made, we can order the cabinets and phase two begins. Phase Two: Cabinet Lead Time. Lead time varies from manufacturer to manufacturer but typically takes approximately 8-12 weeks to be delivered. Phase Three: Job Completion Stage. From the start of the demolition, through renovation, to a fully working kitchen is typically 8 weeks. Times will vary based on the complexity of the job, and your designer will be able to give you a more specific time frame based on your job requirements

Are your services limited to kitchens and baths?

NO, absolutely not! We are often commissioned to design and provide cabinetry for all the rooms in your home.  We love to get creative and design Headboards, Lighting Fixtures, Entertainment Centers, Bookcases, Closets, Wet Bars, Wine Cellars, Bars, Laundry Rooms, Mud Rooms, Garages, Basements, Outdoor Kitchens and more.

How do I choose the right home remodeller?

In our opinion, the right home remodeler is the one that feels right for you.  That remodeler may not be the least expensive, or the most expensive, but will be the one who understands your project and has the experience, the know-how and is willing to work with you to make your dreams come true within your budget.

How do I know what is needed for MY renovation?

When you have a renovation project, it is necessary you understand what is needed for your home improvement. It is advisable to choose a home renovation contractor that explains the process, how long it will take, and all the necessary materials needed for your project’s completion. In our opinion, you should choose a home refurbishment contractor who is equipped with all the tools and materials required for your project. This minimizes the hassle and stress associated with searching for those materials.
